Society Developmental Organization and Aid Initiative (SDO AID INITIATIVE) is governed by seven (7) Board of Trustees with a Legal Adviser. The Board of Trustees are the highest decision-making authority. The organization is further headed by an Executive Director as delegated by the Board to manage the daily affairs of the organization. It has a staff strength of 35 personnel cutting across different academic background,religion, ethnicity, to effectively and efficiently deliver the organizations mandate. SDO Aid Initiative puts diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at the centre of all its affairs. The staff are expertise in Programme and Project Management, Technical experts in Protection, food security and livelihood, Cash and voucher-based interventions, health, and nutrition, CCCM/shelter/NFI, agile and certified operations team of administration, finance, supply chain and logistics.
